America’s Got Talent‘s Simon Cowell is keen on splashing his cash on a brand new holiday home in Barbados. The TV judge is a regular to the island, spending his entire Christmas break on it’s beautiful coastline.

It’s no secret that Simon Cowell has earned himself a hefty amount of cash in his years working in both the TV and the music industry. And, with a large collection of sports cars and three luxury homes, the mogul is set to make his next big investment.
According to a source, who spoke to The Sun, “Simon loves Barbados and is interested in laying down roots there. He would like to splash up to £10 million on a pad, with a beachfront view and plenty of guest rooms.”

‘He knows a lot of the locals now so feels right at home and relaxed when he’s on the island,” the source continued.

“Long before Eric came along, Simon’s Barbados Christmas day would read: get up at 2pm, breakfast of spinach smoothie, toast and honey, and tea. 3pm, jet-ski for hour. 4pm, sunbathe then nap. 9.30pm, christmas dinner,” Cowell’s brother said in a statement.

Cowell splits his time between Los Angeles and London. The TV executive has two homes in exclusive areas of London, and a large villa in Malibu. The AGT judge has mentioned that he has quick access between both cities, as he’s now equipped with a private jet on hand at all times.

Last year, Cowell shot The X Factor: Celebrity at his California mansion, inviting celebrity guests and music execs to act as an audience for auditions.
