Dancing With The stars is controversial enough lately, okay? Add to that, “Queer Eye” star and future DWTS contestant Karamo Brown firing back at critics who called him out for agreeing to be on the show.

The new cast of ABC’s ‘Dancing with the Stars’ has been revealed and people are not happy.

Why you may ask?

Former White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer will be on the show.

Who else is on Dancing With The Stars?

Christie Brinkley, Hannah Brown aka “The Bachelorette”, Khloe Kardashian‘s ex and NBA player husband Lamar Odom, NFL legend Ray Lewis, yes him, yeah we are blessed.

Former Fifth Harmony singer Ally Brooke, “Dawson’s Creek” star James Van Der Beek, Country singer Lauren Alaina, former Supremes singer Mary Wilson and “The Office” star Kate Flannery and “Kenan and Kel” star Kel Mitchell.

Good Morning America revealed the 2019 contestants just a few hours ago and already the show has been cancelled by twitter. Which is just one of the many contrversies Dancing With The Stars has faced.

Tom Bergeron did not want Sean Spicer on Dancing With The Stars

In a lengthy statement posted to Twitter on Tuesday, Bergeron said he “offered suggestions” for Season 28 of “Dancing With the Stars” during a lunch meeting with the show’s new executive producer.

“Chief among them was my hope that DWTS, in its return following an unprecedented year-long hiatus, would be a joyful respite from our exhausting political climate and free of inevitably divisive bookings from ANY party affiliations. I left that lunch convinced we were in agreement. Subsequently (and rather obviously), a decision was made to, as we often say in Hollywood, ‘go in a different direction,” he added.

Karamo Brown defends Sean Spicer

Have a look at the tweet first

First, I have no say who is on the cast and didn’t find out till this morning that he is on! But I’ll tell you this… I’m excited to sit down w/ him and engage in a respectful conversations. Only way things get better is if we try to educate those who have different POV than us.

“First, I have no say who is on the cast and didn’t find out till this morning that he is on!” Brown responded. “But I’ll tell you this… I’m excited to sit down w/ him and engage in a respectful conversation. Only way things get better is if we try to educate those who have different POV than us.”

According to Entertainment Tonight, Brown wasn’t so polite to another critic in a since-deleted tweet.“I honestly can’t stand people like you who post things like this and you reposted some bs about a comment Jonathan [Van Ness] said… just to flame the fire and get a reaction,” he said, referencing a comment made by his ‘Queer Eye’ costar about Mitt Romney.

“We fight harder than your a– ever has for people of color and members of the LGBTQIA community,” Brown added.
